A Little About Myself And My Jewellery

I live in Drummore which is Scotland's most southerly village and near to the Mull of Galloway.  My work is heavily influenced by the coasts and gardens of Galloway and I particularly enjoy working with sea glass.

Each piece of sea glass is uniquely shaped by its environment and presents an individual challenge when creating jewellery.

The majority of my jewellery is sustainable as I use recycled sterling silver along with discarded items including sea glass, re-purposed beads and found objects such as feathers, shells and seeds.  I hand finish all my jewellery and wherever possible avoid the use of chemicals in the manufacturing process.  I aim to create jewellery that is pleasing, enduring and environmentally responsible.
